We are hiring people who want to build machines that work where people no longer will.
We are a small team in Bengaluru building machines, vision systems and software for the hottest rooms in industry. The work is hard, the customers are real, and the problem matters on two continents.
These are the first roles we are filling.
Foundry process engineer
You have worked in a foundry or a forge and you know what breaks, what burns and what the owner will never let a stranger touch. You will decide which line we automate first at each customer and make sure the Arc survives it.
Robotics engineer
You have built and shipped industrial machines, and you understand grippers, force control and what heat and grit do to equipment. You will own the Arc from design to the first unattended shift.
Machine vision engineer
You have deployed vision systems in production, not just in notebooks. You will build the Eye, which has to find a crack in a rough casting under bad light and adapt a robot path to a part it has never seen.
Agentic software engineer
You build systems where models plan, act and check their own work against real data. You will build the Brain, which schedules a plant, predicts failures and tells people where to go, and it has to be right at three in the morning.
Tell us what you have built.
Send a short note about the hardest physical system you have shipped and where we can see it. We read every message and reply to all of them.
