We use your details to answer your enquiry, to arrange and prepare for a floor visit, and to send you the written assessment that follows it. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to any mailing list without asking you first.

Who processes it

Forms on this site are delivered to us by FormSubmit, which passes your message to our email and does not keep a copy for its own purposes. Our website is hosted on Vercel, which records standard server logs such as IP addresses and request times for security and reliability.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about a possible project, and we delete them on request at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to umesh@generalmettle.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
