What do you build?
Three things that work together: the Arc, a machine that moves hot billets and finishes castings, the Eye, which inspects every part, and the Brain, the software that runs the floor.
Do we have to replace our machines?
No. The Arc is installed on the lines you already own and the Brain connects to your existing furnaces and presses. Nothing is rewired.
Where do you install?
In forges and foundries in India and the United States, starting with the line that costs you the most people.
What happens on a floor visit?
We spend a day on your floor with the people who run it, and within a week you receive a plain written note on what one Arc would do to your output, your rejects and your headcount. It costs you nothing.
