These terms apply to your use of the General Mettle website. By using the site you agree to them. Any commercial engagement, including a floor visit, an assessment or an installation, is governed by a separate written agreement between your company and General Mettle Private Limited.

You may read the site and use its forms to contact us. You may not copy, scrape or republish its content without written permission, and you may not attempt to interfere with its operation or gain access to any part of it that is not intended for public use.

Information on the site

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, and the industry figures we quote come from published government and industry sources. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of a particular result at your plant. Results depend on your parts, your equipment and your operations, and they are set out in writing before any installation.

The customer Workspace

The General Mettle Workspace at /app/ is available only to customers with an account, and its use is governed by the agreement under which the account was created.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, General Mettle is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the courts of Bengaluru.
